Thank You - South Fork Borough PD/K-9 Unit, for the Assist

The Richland Twp. Police Dept. would like to express, Thanks, to the South Fork Borough Police Dept. K-9 Unit.

On 03/09/2023, The Richland Twp. Police Dept. was handling a Domestic Violence Incident, involving a firearm. RPD Patrols apprehended the Suspect and during the investigation, found that the Suspect, discarded a firearm, near the scene.

At the request of the Richland Twp. Police Dept., the South Fork Borough Police Dept, K-9 Unit (Chief Wyar/K-9 Bas) responded to the scene and located the firearm. The Suspect was transported to the Cambria County Prison.
